Dr. Zilbershtein assumes various duties at the ESL that pertain to the administrative management and coordination of projects, financial and budgetary management, and functions as the ESL’s legislature analyst and liaison.

Dr. Zilbershtein provides oversight of various projects at the lab, including many education and training programs and Continuous Commissioning® engineering projects. In this role, Dr. Zilbershtein is a team leader and coordinator, oversees the timely delivery of deliverables, and is in charge of monthly, quarterly and final project progress reports to sponsors.
